Description of Services provided
To assist client in overall Project Management and Implementation of the
EPC Contracts, that includes:
- Review of Existing Detail Project Report, Any Missing work for Completion of DPR which may be necessary towards preparation of RFP.
- Bid Process management,
- Evaluation of Bids and assisting client in finalization of Contract,
- Construction Supervision Services to meet the quality standards and Contract Administration,
- Review & Approval of Contractor’s design and construction document,
- Inspection & Testing of materials, machineries and equipment
- Trial Test & Commissioning assistance
- Services during Pre LOI, EPC Project time line and 1 year post commissioning (Defect Correction Period).
