- Review of Quality Assurance Plan submitted by the Contractor
- Review and approval of Work Plan submitted by the Contractor for the project
- Review of Design and drawings provided by the Authority/ contractor and approve the same for the execution
- Inspection of various material sources, testing and approval of the same
- Progress Review on daily and monthly basis
- Document Control & Management,
- Quality Audits of ongoing construction activities for road and structures
- Joint witnessing of tests of material executed as per Specifications and Standards set forth
- Joint measurement and certification of Monthly Bill submitted by the Contractor
- Review of “As-built” Drawings
- Finalization of Final Bill of the Contractor up on completion of the Project
- Assist the Authority of Extension of Time and other Contractual matters, as and when required
- Coordination with the Authority and Contractor for fulfilling proposed Environment Mitigation Measures by MOEF
