Project management consultancy services shall include Review of the project throughout the course of its construction and monitor physical progress, financial progress, commercial performance, project Quality, Quality Assurance and technical audit, day to day supervision of work, check and certify the bills of contractor, Completion certificate and completion of work as per approved plans and estimate.
