Description of Services provided
Mars successfully provided consulting services for the following-
- Assessment of existing structure & infrastructure and recommendation.
- Techno-Economic Feasibility study for the Project.
- Carry out requisite Survey to validate the Quantification of waste.
- Carry out waste characterization study for assessment of Quality of Waste.
- Assessment of Revenue options and estimates, Financial Modelling, IRR, NPV of various options.
- Risk assessment and allocation amongst the parties to contract.
- Review & updating of existing Detailed Project Report prepared by Municipal Corporation in terms of existing environmental, Social, Legal, Organisational, Technical Perspective.
- Preparation of Revised DPR including the Design, Drawing & specification of all components.
- Obtaining environmental clearances, AAI clearances from power plant chimney height, water allocation, construction power for project and any other clearances, tie-up required for setting up waste processing cum disposal facility.
- Provide assistance in Bid Process Management for selection of PPP Developer for implementation of the MSW management project.
- Prepare Detailed Project Report including detail design.
