Description of Services provided
Mars successfully provided consulting services for the following-
- Visit the site of works, at intervals and as instructed, and collect information with photographs related to physical progress of implementation
- Review and approve the detailed Designs and Drawings submitted by the Operator
- Undertake Proof checking of designs and completed works with scrutiny of supporting documentations
- Prepare and submit progress report on implementation of works
- Review and approve the Contractor’s design, drawings and implementation schedules
- Compute quantities of approved and accepted work and materials and check, certify and make recommendations on the Contractor’s payment certificates
- Provide timely assistance and direction to the Contractor
- Assist Authority and the contractor in easy resolution of issues, and conflicts
- Certification of Payments, Certification of Completion and Commissioning of Project
