Description of Services provided
- Supervision of O&M Services which inter alia includes:
- Independent review and monitoring of construction supervision works, and where required approve the activities associated to O&M.
- Report to the parties on the various physical, technical and financial aspects of project.
- If need arise, assist the parties in arriving at an amicable settlement of disputes
- Review matters related to safety and traffic management measures adopted by the Concessionaire for the project.
- Review documents submitted by the Concessionaire to meet the project requirement such as manuals, drawings, as built drawings, schedules, plants and reports.
- Review of compliance with project requirements.
