Description of Services provided
- Review of Design and Drawings and provide suggestion for modification, if any
- Review and finalization of Quality Assurance Plan submitted by the Contractor
- Technical audit of Construction Activities carried out the Contractor for Widening of six lane of Bharuch-Dahej Road (SH-6) Km 200/00 to 248/200 Km including ROB approaches
- Preparation of Quality Audit report including suggestion for improvement and submission to the Authority
- Review and clearance of Monthly RA Bills submitted by the Contractor
- Periodic review of Physical and financial progress achieved by the Contractor and suggest for enhancement of the work, if required
- Coordination with the Authority for resolving various site related issues
- Review and finalization of “As-built” drawings
- Assist the Authority on issues related to the Contract Agreement
